blip tv is free. There is a premium service you can pay for but I don’t think its necessary.

I use blip tv as it sends my videos to itunes as a video podcast automatically and allows me to brand the player on my site. If you look on my brothers percussion blog you can the that in the bottom right hand corner it says percussion instruction. http://heartbeatforworship.com/blog
It used to say blip tv but they allow you to change it.

Don’t you have to have a massive hosting plan to upload videos to your server? I have a video podcast and uploading one video per week will destroy my bandwidth I think

Another option if you do not want to max out your band width but still want to look professional is to use blip.tv
They allow you to brand your player and wont downgrade your video as well. I use it on my contracting site since youtube would not look professional for it.
