Great article. This was exactly what I was looking for… I tryed WP plugins: shareaholics and sociable, but they inserted social icons in my widgets and coudnt remove them soo this woud do the trick…

I used Digg Digg plugin to do so. This way is also interesting too however, it is not easy for non-technical blogger who are new to wordpress or code
