I enjoyed the article BUT the gadget on the left side is frustrating to say the least. Put it on any side EXCEPT the left side. Maybe I just have a small screen (I am on a laptop) but reading around that gadget is enough to make me leave your site. Thanks. ps. I just had to scroll up to read my own comment… frustrating.

Thats when you do a few products for free. tell people you are a web designer trying to build a portfolio. They’ll jump at the chance.

thats true, if I were confident enough in my skills I would gon into some real estate companies and solicit business. Then just build them a site with this template

Most of those people are not tech savvy. They dont know how to set up a blog so they pay to get it set up. A good business for those who know where to look for contacts in the real estate industry

I have seen so many cheap looking real estate sites. Im sure they would be excited about this since their field is one of the ones that demand a very professional look and feel.

One thing about real estate sites is that, it would be better if the site has it’s own community that integrates with Facebook login. With that real estate companies could easily get in touch with their customers through their Facebook accounts.

I think these are all real estate WordPress themes that you can find in the internet as I have make a lot of research for this list post.

There are not not many themes of this type as the coding are more complex as compared to the normal themes.
